Two kinds of trainings:
1. Single online sessions of 30-90 minutes:
- Sessions are free with a different theme each session
2. Intensive, two month course includes:
- 8 weekly sessions of 2 1/2 hours each
- A 6-hour Day of Mindfulness retreat on a Saturday
- Audio recordings to guide home practice of yoga & meditation
- A copy of the book Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn
